Experience Targets Employability
The Targeting Employability Program is a federally accredited scheme conducted by Best Practice Initiatives Australia in Adelaide several times each year and once a year in the Upper North of South Australia. The scheme involves senior high school students in real work projects which demand genuine productivity within a host company. Best Practice endeavours to set up several teams in each program to achieve the benefits of synergy and sharing experiences between the students involved.
Host organisations receive valuable outcomes from a team’s project work. Students hone their generic skills while achieving their team’s goal and gain an understanding of real project work in an organisation. The community also receives future benefits in different ways.
