Positive Start opens up shop
Recently established financial services company, Positive Start Financial Services, has announced the appointment of Joanne Posgate as Managing Director and Anne Brown as Office Manager.
The Adelaide—based company provides independent counsel and specialises in securing finance for women and the non—conforming markets.
Samaras heads Home Australia brand
Marissa Samaras has been appointed Corporate Development Brand Manager of Home Australia. She will be responsible for the development of the Home Australia brand and will implement all advertising, public relations and marketing strategies for the company.
Based in Adelaide, Marissa will be responsible for marketing Home Australia’s five companies — Homestead Homes in South Australia, Newstart Homes in Queensland, Collier Homes in Western Australia, Ashford Homes in Victoria and Huxley Homes in New South Wales.
Prior to her new role, Marissa worked as Senior Marketing Consultant for The Marketing Centre in Adelaide, servicing clients from public and private sectors. She had also held the position of Marketing Co—ordinator for Great Southern Railway, focusing on event management and promotions.
Deller wins real estate sales role at Hindmarsh Island
Loula Deller has been appointed Project Sales Manager for The Marina Hindmarsh Island, near the Murray Mouth in South Australia.
Mrs Deller is responsible for selling the $300m residential marina’s range of land and housing options, from terrace houses to direct waterfront homes and land packages. Overseeing contracts and building relationships with clients and real estate agents are among her tasks.
