Business Boom in Salisbury
The New North
Salisbury has always been a significant manufacturing hub, but it is now witnessing a new generation of change.
Businesses that have been long time residents of Salisbury, including Michell Australia, National Foods and RM Williams are now being joined by more recent additions to the area such as Copperpot Dips & Pate, SAAB Systems and Motorola.
Since its inception in late 2001, the Salisbury Business and Export Centre has been a significant part of the economic success of the northern region.
Located at Technology Park in Mawson Lakes, the Centre is an association between the City of Salisbury and the state government and assists companies with free information and advice on business and export development, government programs and initiatives, and by offering monthly business education, networking seminars and mentoring.
