McMahon Versatility Drives Boom Year
Closing up the Wittenoom Asbestos Mine and cleaning up the asbestos—contaminated sites at Roebourne, WA—a job worth $4.8 million—caps a string of more than 20 major contracts undertaken during the past 12 months by Adelaide—based contamination management and construction firm, McMahon Services.
Locally, projects included bioremediation of polluted soil for Penrice Soda Products at Osborne, major demolition and civil construction projects at General Motors Holden and asbestos removal projects at Royal Adelaide Hospital, each requiring different expertise.
