Hail the DEMOgod
One of only 12 invitees from outside the US, Foursticks demonstrated its Net Prioritizer™ personal Internet productivity software with precision and panache to grab a title whose material proceeds will likely run to millions of dollars.
By all accounts, Foursticks’ run was very well planned and included some training from Adelaide presentation guru David Griggs of The Speakers Studio to hone their act.
DEMO Executive Producer Chris Shipley said that Foursticks won the award for “clearing the bar" set by other high—ranking companies. The introduction and imminent release of Net Prioritizer is Foursticks’ first venture into the consumer market.
“Net Prioritizer is a standout at a time when the Internet has become part of the daily lives of millions of people, from SoHo users to gamers to road warriors," Chris says.
Net Prioritizer is PC software that automatically allots optimal bandwidth to the web application you want to use now, while allowing other applications to download in the background.
Foursticks CEO David Bohn said that attending DEMO was a key part of the application performance company’s strategy to become a globally recognised company.
“DEMO needs to be on the commercialisation roadmap for all globally focused Australian companies," David says. “There has been a definite increase in enquiries from both the investment community and potential corporate partners."
