Discovering the key to training success
An extensive analysis of training practices in large Australian firms identifies three major elements for success.
According to a recent National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) study by Susan Dawe, successful training strategies are built on:
- having in place an organisational culture which supports learning
- linking training to the major features of a business strategy
- responding to change within the organisation or external to it.
