Dixons Speakeasy

Dixon’s Speakeasy is the latest eclectic adventure by Ashley Dixon, a renaissance man of many skills.

He was IBM sales manager in Sydney in the 1970s, an antique importer and retailer in the 80s and has ventured into hospitality in the new century, taking his cue from one of the jazziest periods of the old one.
