Cheong Liew celebrates Grange decade
Hilton Adelaide is celebrating 10 years of partnership between the Grange Restaurant and resident chef Cheong Liew, a proud partnership that has elevated Hilton food to the highest level and Cheong to celebrity status internationally.
Cheong Liew returned to front-line cooking only in 1995 after several years at the Regency Hotel School. Regarded as one of Adelaide’s treasures, Cheong has also been honoured by the prestigious United States magazine Food & Wine as one of the 10 “hottest chefs alive”.
When Hilton Adelaide and Cheong launched The Grange Restaurant in 1995, Cheong designed ‘The Four Dances of the Sea’ as his signature dish. While the menu changes every three months the supreme iconic dish remains (with improvements).
Hilton Adelaide and the Grange Restaurant have launched a 10-year celebratory package to honour the partnership with Cheong Liew and offer the “ultimate Grange experience” for guests.
