Pick me! SA Great Regional Awards calling for nominations

The 2005 SA Great Regional Awards have been open for nominations since 1 June and close on 31 August; there is only a month to go for nominations to be made.

“In 2005 we encourage everyone in regional areas to nominate yourself, a mate, local business, a project, community group or regional hero,” said SA Great Chair, Mark Bickley.

“We also encourage people in Adelaide to nominate someone from a regional area that you may do business with or family and friends.

“Maybe you have visited a great bed and breakfast, attended a fantastic regional event or heard about a new innovation.”

The Awards look to recognise and celebrate those individuals and communities who, over the past year, have made a significant contribution to regional pride in South Australia.
