SA Great Regional Pride

SA Great is dedicated to celebrating South Australian success and has a strong focus on showcasing some of the most interesting and successful achievements occurring in regional communities across the state.

Thanks to program sponsors Telstra Country Wide and the Government of South Australia, the SA Great Regional Pride tour series, now in its sixth year, provides business leaders from the city and metropolitan Adelaide with direct contact to successful regional businesses.

In early 2006 SA Great is excited about working towards a new development to the Regional Pride program. Following the success of the current program, SA Great in partnership with AusIndustry, will host a 'reverse' program City Regional Showcase where a number of regional-based businesses will be showcased in Adelaide. This new program will enable more city and metropolitan-based business leaders with the unique opportunity to learn about regional innovation, discuss potential partnerships and network.

Building on the Regional Pride program SA Great has also introduced a program of visits to the outer suburbs of Adelaide. Visiting the southern and northern suburbs and the Port Adelaide areas this year, the program has gone behind-the-scenes of some of South Australia's most innovative companies and featured industries that are integral to the future of our state.
