Keogh thrives in world of change

For many years, Keogh Consulting has developed and facilitated organisational and personal transformation strategies and interventions on behalf of Australian companies working overseas, as well as foreign companies.
Keogh consults to a broad range of industries, particularly resource and energy firms, telecommunications, banking, manufacturing and the education sectors. Typically, Keogh interventions are planned well in advance through consultation, research and analysis and in development and conversation with senior management.
Initiatives are generally cascaded into an organisation over a two to three year period so that they can be integrated seamlessly.
Keogh maintains long-term relationships with its clients as a means to develop and transfer competencies so the client organisation has capacity to review, sustain and modify the longer term outcomes with guidance from Keogh.
Keogh works with clients, who want to rejuvenate/regenerate a business, grow a new business or kick-start a 'tired' business. Keogh enjoys the challenge of creating an environment that successfully leverages joint venture partnerships.
Usually, the process begins with an organisational audit. A plan is formed, agreed and implemented. Keogh acts in a variety of roles as advisor, facilitator, project manager, steering team members, coaches and guides as the results are cascaded into the client firm's operations in manner aligned to organisational practice.
Working Offshore
Cultural context is of huge significance in any initiative in which Keogh is involved. Work currently being undertaken in the United Arab Emirates and in Africa and South Africa are examples where specific cultural values and attitudes substantially affected how the process would be implemented, the timeframe and how it would be measured.
