Workplace reform: change takes courage

For the past two editions of ‘in-business’ we have begun looking at some of the major features of the Workchoices reforms and how they may affect South Australian business. I have now had the opportunity to reflect on the initial business responses.
For those businesses involved with trade unions, you may also be interested to understand the approach taken by South Australia’s trade unions.
