Constellation takes up SA hospitality

Constellation Hotel Group, operators of the well-known Country Comfort brand of hotels, expanded its Adelaide presence recently to offer a cluster of accommodation choice at the edge of the park lands along South Terrace.

Australian-owned Constellation has acquired management of two properties in Adelaide to join The Chifley on South Terrace which the group owns.

The Chifley, the Country Comfort Adelaide and Hotel 208 by Constellation stand next to each other on South Terrace and will be managed as a collaborative enterprise.

This venture between the hotel’s owners and Constellation demonstrates the confidence of both parties to invest in the Adelaide market.

Totalling 288 rooms, the three hotels cater to the corporate and conference market, the group travel sector, and to independent holiday travellers.

Constellation Hotel Group now manages a portfolio of 39 properties, under the Chifley, Country Comfort, Australis Hotels and Resorts and Footprin...
