KARAKANA NATURAL HEALTH, established by former school teacher Jane Hall in 2000, is a complementary health clinic based in Mylor. Jane offers a range of services: consultations on herbal medicine, massage, advice on nutritional and lifestyle changes and energy healing.
Adelaide Hills Regional Development Board Established Business Award (<6 employees)
HILLS YOGA CENTRE Students travel from Meningie and Henley Beach to attend classes at the Hills Yoga Centre in Mount Barker (est. 1997). Student enthusiasm has seen the school grow from nine classes per week in its early days to 17 classes per week today.

JARRETT MOTOR COMPANY PTY LTD is a family business dating back to 1952, when John and Brian Jarrett opened the Vimy Ridge Service Station. Today, the Bridgewater based business is a franchise for Mazda and Nissan motor vehicles as well as a seller of other quality vehicles.
Australian Institute of Management Youth in Business Award (under 30 years)
SHEREE DUNFORD manages Udder Delights, a boutique goats' cheese factory at the Onkaparinga Enterprise Centre in Lobethal. The business was set up in 1997 when Trevor and Estelle Dunford, unable to secure a suitable milk contract for their goat dairy, established their own cheese factory.

POLAR OIL COMPANY at the Onkaparinga Enterprise Centre in Lobethal is the exclusive importer of the patented PolarShield technology into the South Pacific. PolarShield products minimise the energy consumed in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment by improving its overall efficiency, lowering energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
