Mellor—Bonnins merger shuffle
Commercial legal firms Mellor Olsson and Bonnins merged in October. The new firm will operate from Mellor Olsson’s expanded office at 80 King William St, Adelaide. Mellor Olsson announced Andrew Goode, a long standing Commercial Partner at Mellor Olsson now succeeds Greg Arthur as Managing Partner. After nine strong years of growth Greg returns full time to his Commercial and Tax Practice. Tim Hall joins Mellor Olsson as part of the merger with Bonnins. Previously Managing Partner at Bonnins, Tim’s success in the information technology (IT) and information economy (IE) industries over the past ten years is built upon a strong foundation in general commercial law. Tim’s clients include small to medium enterprises and a number of high profile South Australian based national and international IT companies.
Con Traianos also joins Mellor Olsson as a partner from Bonnins. Con has practised law for more than 25 years and is a high profile commercial, property and family law practitioner whose practice fits well with the existing commercial and property division at Mellor Olsson.
Others to join the firm include Anthony Floreani a property and general commercial lawyer with several years of experience in Queensland and SA. Anthony acts for local and interstate property developers, landowners and government.Amanda Le Poidevin practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and is now part of the commercial litigation team atMellor Olsson.
Jody Fisher also joins the team. Jody has been working in the Riverland for the past three years and now joins Mellor Olsson’s Planning, Environment and Development Section of the Commercial Litigation.
