Adelaide push to attract business
The city of Adelaide is highlighting its affordability allure in its new business attraction campaign, Think Adelaide.
Think Adelaide points to low-cost accommodation, better IT infrastructure, greater concentration of customers and the optimism reflected in the current office building boom as reasons to make the move to the big smoke.
"The Adelaide City Council wants to understand your business requirements and provide tailored support to help you move to the City," the Think Adelaide literature states. "We invite you to contact us to find out more."
Think Adelaide summary touts "a comprehensive range of commercial accommodation options ranging from updated heritage to 5 star premium, at an average cost of $226 per sq m for prime floor space, which rivals isolated fringe locations".
