Saving begins at home, says Toro
Water management firm, Toro is leading by example, encouraging its own staff to 'sign on' to a personal water management commitment.
The company has created a water management mission scheme and promulgated it to staff worldwide.
“Toro employs 5,100 people who are key participants in every irrigation market in the world,” says Ken Woods, Manager of Toro’s Irrigation Division.
"From small domestic systems to designing intricate control systems for national sporting complexes and major horticultural developments, Toro are world leaders.”
As part of the scheme, Toro will educate all staff members to adopt water saving measures. In addition to ensuring all company premises are water efficient, staff will be provided with domestic water saving devices at no charge.
