Supporting home-based business

All levels of government acknowledge that home-based business is the highest growth area of small business, with the number of these businesses growing 24% in recent times. This represents 13% higher growth than other small businesses.

A research survey, commissioned by AMACC, in the Northern region showed home-based business was the largest employer group and included businesses of substantial size, with 11% generating revenues greater than $500,000.
