Total satisfaction is Mastracorps goal
It's only four years since he hung out the Mastracorp Real Property SA shingle but the firm is already attracting calls to expand, according to founder and managing director, Pasquale Mastrangelo.
The highly visible real estate sales entrepreneur is busy creating a larger than life presence in the Adelaide CBD and he's not afraid of committing himself to service delivery.
Pasquale, 47, says his innovative approach to property investment is paying long-term dividends as interstate investors are inviting him to establish offices interstate.
If that happens, it will not be in the form of a business alliance. “We will be the company interstate,” he says.
With more than 25 years' experience in commercial, retail and residential property development, leasing, sales and management, Pasquale is too experienced in the vagaries of the market to get carried away by 'overnight' success. To establish a point of difference he's creating a very focused enterprise.
“Our company's point of difference is that I personally control all the work,” he says.
“I want to ensure that we deliver on quality for all our clients. There is no room for complacency at Mastracorp.”
