IKEA
IKEA has appointed Alex Riach as Food and Beverage Manager and promoted former Food and Beverage Manager, Craig Dunstan, to Operations Manager.
Alex brings more than 10 years of hospitality experience to the position. He has a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma in Hospitality Management, and an Advanced Certificate in Hotel and Catering Operations. Alex will manage more than 70 co-workers, a 363-seat restaurant, 100-seat staff restaurant, industrial kitchen, bistro, and the Swedish Food Market.
Craig will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Operations Department and will work closely with the Sales Team. Craig comes to the role with a strong hospitality background, a Bachelor of Business and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Hilton Adelaide
Jean-Luc Fourrier will leave the Hilton Adelaide to take up the role of Vice President, Middle East and Asia Pacific Food and Beverage in Singapore. Jean-Luc joined Hilton Adelaide in October 2002, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in the Hospitality and Restaurant industry. Jean-Luc has celebrated 26 years with Hilton International this year.
His new position will see him oversee the existing Hilton hotels as well as the development of hotel restaurant and bar concepts for more than 100 new hotels in the region.
Jigsaw Services
Jigsaw Services has appointed Christina Repetti as Account Executive - State Government.
Christina has broad experience in integrated service delivery, customer relationship management, and shared services solutions across the private and public sectors. She will be responsible for growing the company in the SA government and higher education sectors, while expanding the firm's capabilities in business process re-engineering, IT enabled business transformation and shared services.
