Women step up to board positions
Leading online network, Women on Boards, has reported a substantial increase in the number of its members who have taken board positions in 2006. WOB directors, Ruth Medd and Claire Braund, said the WOB annual survey conducted independently by Genroe, shows there has been a 10% increase in the number of network members who are directors on paid and unpaid boards compared with the 2005 survey.
