Liaison the key to rental harmony
George Nakopoulos has plenty of experience making people feel at home, having been involved in property maintenance within the real estate industry for almost 20 years.
In 2006 George made a considered decision to shift the direction of his business from property maintenance to property management.
His believed diligent liaison between property owners and tenants, which worked to keep both sides of the rental coin happy, would benefit everybody.
George founded Property Management Guaranteed (PMG) to concentrate on the complete management of residential rental properties on behalf of property owners.
PMG contracts directly with property owners, or their representatives, to provide services including property inspections, property maintenance, selection of tenants, rental contracts and rent collection.
“PMG focuses totally on property management, including property inspection and property maintenance. We are not involved in, and not distracted by, real estate sales,” George says.
Part of his growth strategy is to grow the client list “substantially, sustainably and manageably,” which is a discreet way of saying service takes precedence over volume.
The method is quite simple. PMG charges a standard industry commission on rentals. Individual agreements apply on specifically negotiated contracts, depending on additional services provided such as rental guarantees and maintenance contracts.
