Backpacker job blitz

workinsa.com.au is the first interactive website of its kind in SA and connects South Australian businesses with overseas travelers. Created by Gary Locke, owner of Adelaide Travellers Inn Backpacker Hostel, the website addresses the skills shortage facing local businesses.

workinsa.com.au, which is promoted by the South Australian Tourism Commission(SATC), Projects Abroad UK and Nomads World Travel, targets and screens skilled and temporary migrants, international students, and working holiday workers for jobs advertised by South Australian employers looking to fill their skilled and unskilled positions.

Gary says the website provides a service not only to the overseas travellers looking for employment, but is also a response to the current workforce shortages affecting South Australian employers.
