AIM offers senior MBA from new HQ
The Australian Institute of Management has become SA’s newest MBA provider after winning accredititation from the Department of Further Education, Employment Science and Technology this month.
Marketing for AIM’s new MBA program will target experienced senior managers and executives.
“AIM SA has a 63-year history of providing education to South Australian managers, and the new MBA will build on that history,” says CEO, John Stokes.
“With the recent opening of the Centre for Management Development at Hindmarsh, AIM SA will be providing a learning environment that will facilitate the development of strategic leadership capabilities.”
John says AIM SA’s Graduate School of Business position in the marketplace is already well established, with senior managers and executives undertaking MBA feeder programs - Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma in Management.
“Senior managers in Adelaide have significant skills and expertise and they want business schools to recognise and acknowledge this fact. They want to learn from the experience of studying with peers,” John says.
“It’s the simple things that will make our MBA stand out — strict entry criteria, small class sizes, contemporary and challenging curriculum taught by business practitioners with significant experience and credibility.”
