Management style keeps Gen X,Y happy
SA Great and the Australian Institute of Management SA released a joint Workplace Retention survey focusing on generations X and Y. The survey, by consultancy Square Holes, involved 800 SA employees aged under 40, including 181 expatriate South Australians.
The survey finds management culture is employers’ greatest weakness and has the strongest impact on overall job satisfaction and retention.
