Regional Awards – Capturing success, modeling innovation
Outstanding achievement is followed by recognition and at SA Great we are building a tradition of success.
Each year SA Great honours individuals, businesses and communities who over the past 12 months have made significant contributions to regional pride through the SA Great Regional Awards.
With a record breaking total of 600 entries, SA Great was thrilled with the quality and quantity of nominations received in 2007.
Recipients from across the state were acknowledged recently by the Hon Karlene Maywald MP, Minister for Regional Development and SA Great at an afternoon tea held in The Old Chamber Room at Parliament House.
In 2007, Tailem Bend organization Dynamic Project Delivery (DPD) won The Australia Post Small Business Award for the Murraylands Region.
Established in 1999, DPD specialises in planning, resourcing and research to support business and community growth in the region.
DPD’s service brief includes creating strategic business plans, developing and implementing specific surveys research tasks and delivering training in governance, grant writing, project management and business planning.
Beginning modestly, the business started as an operation run from a spare bedroom by founder Kerry Medlow. First established as Limestone Ridge Project Management the business became Dynamic Project Delivery in 2006.
