No tears in achieving a stylish fit-out

When you are thinking about an office fitout a few things spring immediately to mind, according to Keen Office Furniture’s Commercial Sales Executive,
Andrew Sperling.
Andrew says typical considerations for clients include:
•We want something a bit different to your standard furniture
•We have a tight budget and must work within it
•Where shall we go to find what we are looking for?
These typical challenges often get lobbed on the secretary or an eager employee who’s tasked with gett ing the ball rolling. “This person is underrated, as managing this type of project requires skill, expertise and a reasonable understanding of commercial furniture,” Andrew says.
He says asking a few initial questions can get the project off to a productive start:
•How many work areas do we need?
•Do we have enough space, taking into consideration Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities?
