Cupcake popularity just bliss

When 23-year-old Jess Moschetti searched the internet for a cupcake recipe, what she found instead was a business idea.
“A bakery selling only cupcakes?” says Jess. “That was my kind of shop and I instantly wanted to bring my love for cupcakes to the rest of Adelaide.”
Jess started her business, Bliss Cupcakes, after reading about the famous cupcake craze that had taken the US by storm – and made infamous on a Sex and the City episode. She was 20.
An announcement for the opening of the Farmers Markets at Wayville Showgrounds provided the perfect platform for Jess to market her cupcakes to the
general public.
“I went crazy in the kitchen, whipping up batches, tinkering with ingredients and measurements, and perfecting my recipes,” she says.
“I wanted to create a tasty product so I set out to use the highest quality ingredients I could find.”
