With more than 20 years’ experience in the advertising and marketing industry, Penny has a wealth of knowledge on her expertise area, social marketing.
Previously working as the Director of Strategy Planning for Clemenger BBDO in Melbourne, she started her own marketing consultancy in 2006 focusing on marketing facilitation, research and strategic thinking.

“Recently we have seen companies giving the power to the consumer and allowing consumers the opportunity to tailor the product to themselves. For example, Levis ran a promotion allowing consumers to design their own jeans to their own measurements,” says Penny.
“I call this product tailoring ‘crowd sourcing’ and we find that consumers are willing to pay a high price for tailored products.”
