New home has customer service focus
The luxury of a purpose-built facility is often beyond the means or needs of most SMEs, but 18 years of growth has moved Boileau Business Solutions into its own leading-edge building, a new landmark at the corner of Sir Donald Bradman Drive and Marion Road.
“I am delighted with the result,” says MD, Angelique Boileau.
“We now have plenty of space for our print solutions, telecommunications and IT divisions, the ‘Splash of Colour’ print centre, and a warehouse three times the size of our previous storage and delivery area.
“This means staff have a sophisticated and lightfilled working environment that is also welcoming for visitors. The new space has been designed for a better workflow and greater storage capacity so we can respond more quickly to the needs of our clients.” Angelique says a focus on customer service shaped the need for a purpose-built environment. In tailoring a solution to accommodate the needs of three divisions, 50 people and inventory for 2400 clients, she was able to streamline operations through the floor plan and work flow processes. She says the open office spaces promote team spirit and the organised environment increases staff responsiveness to client needs.
