Premier awards SA’s food industry

Drake Supermarkets was promoted to the South Australian Food Industry Hall of Fame at the 11th Annual Premier’s Food Awards, honoured for its “significant and sustainable” contribution to the State’s economy.

The Adelaide Showground Farmers Market also picked up an award, for connecting SA food producers with local customers.

The winners, announced on 14 November at the Adelaide Showground’s new Goyder Pavilion, included:
