CEO Institute harnesses peer pressure
Professional development body, The CEO Institute is reviving in Adelaide under the direction of ex-recruitmentexecutive Jeremy Harris.
Jeremy, a leader with Speakman & Associates before his retirement from the recruitment sector, took up The CEO Institute reins in July 2008.
“Although it had been operating in SA very successfully (a chapter was founded here in 1997) it is currently in a stage of rebuilding and reinvigoration,” Jeremy says. The CEO Institute is based on peer group syndicates of up to 15 members from non-competing organisations.
Adelaide syndicate chairs (debate leaders) are national business identities, Andrew Holsman and Keith Smith.
Jeremy recently opened a further Adelaide syndicate and is aiming to build a selective portfolio of syndicates,organized by size of business and industry sector.
