Whilst most business people would love to be going on a holiday with family and friends, the reality is, that the majority of their annual travel is business travel. It is not uncommon to spot a business traveller in an airport carrying a small tote bag, scrolling through their blackberry and sporting a tired look on their face after a day of meetings and flights.
Business travel for most, is something that has to be done and the aim is to make it as comfortable and as quick as possible. Business travellers want to get to where they are going and be back at home to their loved ones as soon as possible. The time they must spend away is often filled with long hours of business and transit and the only respite is the comfortable surroundings of business lounges and hotel rooms.
