La Loft makes a suite offer

Business as usual for La Loft Apartments means looking after business people.

Director, John Roper, who established the Orange Lane markets in Norwood, now owns and runs the group, which provides serviced apartment accommodation ranging from elegant CBD apartments and cosmopolitan townhouses to luxurious penthouses.

“After Susan and I sold Orange Lane market, we set up La Loft Apartments starting with one property on South Terrace,” says John. “We gradually acquired more properties around Adelaide, renovating them to high standards.”

La Loft has properties on North Terrace and Halifax Street and in Parkside and Unley. John has targeted upmarket locations, where furnished apartments offer extended stay accommodation, marketed to companies and business people looking for cost-effective alternatives to hotels and property rentals.
