Coaching Business to Kick Goals
When South Australians think of coaching they immediately imagine the legendary Jack Oatey or miracle man Malcolm Blight. But in business today, coaching means a lot more than teaching someone how to kick a check side punt.
In fact, SA-based Professional Coach Roger Thompson says coaching is a “dynamic process providing individuals or groups with a professional partner who helps them to develop themselves further personally and professionally”. And not a football in sight!
After more than 20 years of honing his skills during university and corporate life, Roger has turned his attention to corporate coaching. While his business has a focus on business leaders and CEOs, Roger says he will coach anyone who is committed to improvement.
