Quantas Credit Union win for Local IT
Adelaide IT systems group Data Action and an international partner have won a multimillion-dollar contract to provide core banking services to one of Australia’s largest credit unions.
Qantas Staff Credit Union–approximately $1 billion in assets–has contracted Data Action to implement and manage the London Bridge Group’s Phoenix Core Banking System for the next seven years.
The solution will reform QSCU’s entire IT platform, including the client/server based banking system, ancillary systems for loan and debt management, Internet-based services, member relationship management and network management, and will be operated from Data Action’s Adelaide-based bureau facility.
