EBS-DBG ‘swap’ aids interstate growth
Melbourne-based financial IT firm Evolution Business Systems and its long-standing partner, Adelaide-based DBG Technologies have formalised an alliance to help each other grow market share in their respective cities.
EBS is an award-winning business partner in the Arrow Financials software network. The firm recently established a same-day support service in Adelaide for local companies using the Arrow accounting program.
SA-based DBG Technologies is a business website specialist recently launched its e-commerce website development and search engine optimisation service offering in Melbourne.
Rather than starting from scratch in a new city, the companies will share office space, lowering the cost of entry and accessing invaluable local knowledge.
“We have worked with DBG for a number of years, so this is an extension of that long-standing partnership,” EBS managing director Paul Woods.
“As well as this cultural synergy, launching our Arrow support service in SA can leverage DBG’s great local knowledge and contacts – which we have reciprocated with them in Melbourne.”
DBG Technologies MD, Daniel Wilson says the relationship is already working well: “Because we’ve worked with EBS we know there is a good fit between our two companies,” he says.
