Natalie Bottroff keeps workers on track
Fast Mover Natalie Bottroff & Associates is a multifaceted enterprise operating from inner suburban offices at Richmond.
Founded in 2003, NB&A turned over almost $1.5 million in 2008-09 for a 63.5%pa turnover increase during three years.
The group’s nb&a rehab unit provides rehabilitation and return to work services for registered and self-insured companies for the South Australian workers compensation scheme.
Sister firm, Access Events is a Professional Conference Organising company providing conference management nationally and locally, often with a focus on Workers Compensation, Injury Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
A new unit, Back on Track Mental Health Occupational Therapy, helps injured workers or people with personal injury to identify and address occupational and environmental factors affecting their mental health and ability to function in work and society.
“nb&a rehab services remains nicely consistent, with preferred relationships with clients we have developed a strong working relationship with,” says principal, Natalie Bottroff.
“The focus of nb&a rehab has always been to understand our client’s business operating structure and the culture of their organisation. In workers compensation the market is fluid depending upon the severity and types of injuries that occur.
“When Access Events was formed the vision was to provide a ‘value-add’ service to clients wanting to develop workshops and conferences in the injury management field.
“Access Events ran its first national conference earlier this year, which was a great scoop for us in the very competitive event management market; we hope to expand on this.
“We have an excellent point of difference from other event companies in that we work in the injury management field which helps us develop conference programs through our knowledge and experience.”
