Chariot acquires Picknowl

Adelaide-based Internet service providers, Picknowl and Chariot Internet Limited have executed an agreement whereby Chariot will purchase the Picknowl business.

The purchase makes Chariot the ninth largest ISP in Australia and second only to Telstra in the SA market.

This sale increases the number of Chariot customers to approximately 93,000.
