Science Exchange to be corporate venue of choice
The new General Manager of RiAus, Bradley Abraham, plans to turn the national science educator’s HQ, the Science Exchange in the CBD, into the venue of choice for corporate Adelaide.
Bradley, who succeeded founding COO Damian Scanlon early this year, has extensive experience working with not-for-profit organisations. His career started with CPA Australia in small business policy before he was GM of Swimming SA in 1997 in the lead up to the Sydney Olympics.
He managed the SPARC Disability Foundation for four years from 2000, followed by a two-year stint as State Operations Manager for Scouts Australia before becoming Director Membership & Marketing at the Australian Institute of Management SA.
And before joining RiAus in the newly created GM role, Bradley was the National Marketing & Business Development Manager for Prescott Securities.
He is “thrilled” to join RiAus, a key Australian leader in promoting public awareness and understanding of science, and he’s looking forward to the challenge of running the influential organization.
