All modes transport solution takes off
Innovator and Fast Mover, Avinet is seeing the benefit from years of hard work flowing into its webbased application which offers safety, fatigue and operational data in “one effortless solution” for the transport industry.
“The application, currently marketed as Air Maestro, Rail Maestro and Road Maestro, is utilised by operators and personnel in air, road and rail industries to enhance safety, efficiency and compliance in the work environment,” says Avinet MD, Mike Mulvihill.
“The solution is equally applicable to any business engaged in operations where resource management, rostering, fatigue management and compliance reporting are required.”
Adelaide-based Avinet achieved 58% turnover growth on average in the past three years, on a turnover of $772,000.
Most of Avinet’s clients are in the aviation industry, but recent interest from the rail and road transport industry has seen an increased awareness and growth in Avinet’s Rail Maestro™ and Road Maestro™ products.
Avinet has doubled its customer base in the past year, experiencing significant growth in the airline, charter, aero-agricultural, medical and emergency sectors in domestic and international markets. “Avinet is moving forward in innovation and development while accommodating for a diverse range of industries and aim to continue this trend over the next year by increasing both domestic and global presence,” Mike says.
He says the main business factors driving Avinet’s fast growth are the productivity and compliance benefits to clients.
Customers need efficiency and one integrated application to replace multiple, disparate systems. Industry regulators also require operators to adopt systems capable of providing sound reporting systems, early warnings of compliance obligations and enabling efficient review of systems.
