New Program for Directors of Start Ups to be Conducted in SA
In a bid to lower the 90 percent failure rate of start-up companies, Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Australian Institute of Commercialisation (AIC) will be launching a one and a half day program for directors of start-up companies in Adelaide on 17th & 18th of March.
While Federal Government funding into research stands at $5.2 billion a year with the private sector contributing an equal amount, Australia’s ability to turn inventions into commercial reality continues to deliver a high failure rate. The AICD/AIC program aims to assist in correcting this trend.
