The New Director Program

If you have been newly appointed to a board or are considering a board appointment you may wish to consider attending The New Director Program to be conducted in Adelaide on the 10th & 11th of March. Directors have a wide range of legal duties and responsibilities, which they need to understand (including monitoringfinancial performance), as well as ensuring their performance at board level is maximised.
Key concept of program
Will give directors who are new to directing an introduction to:
- some of the key legal responsibilities of being a director
- assessing the financial health of your company
- sourcing strategic input
- creating board effectiveness

- they may not understand their legal responsibilities
- they may not understand how to read and assess the financial performance of their company
