Wine research cluster makes Adelaide ‘centre of wine world’

Adelaide’s new Wine Innovation Cluster, in a $28 million building at the Waite Campus of the University of Adelaide, has created “the most dynamic mix of grape and wine researchers assembled in one precinct anywhere in the world” its partners claim.
