Dioro board recommends Avoca, disappoints Ramelius

The contest to control Dioro Exploration NL appears to have ended with directors of the WA-based gold producer recommending shareholders accept the offer from Avoca Resources Ltd rather than that of SA-based Ramelius Resources.
